You shall be responsible for your Internet connection and account, without which the service provided by V-SAT may not be used. The cost of this type of connection is subject to the agreement entered into between you and your Internet service provider. V-SAT has no bearing whatsoever on this relationship. You must be of age in your country of origin to become a V-SAT user. If you are not of age, you may not use our services. If you are a minor, you must have your parents' or legal guardians' authorisation to install the application and access its contents. They must undertake to supervise the content to which minors under their care have access.
The services accessible from V-SAT may be used by all persons who are of age in their country of origin, or minors with parental authorisation and supervision. Users do not have to register. Their personal data shall therefore not be collected. Users shall be solely responsible for the use made of their devices, including the need to take all necessary precautions to protect them from viruses, Trojans and other security threats. Users undertake not to commit any acts or withhold information that may be unlawful in the country from which they access the service.
V-SAT provides users with a license of use free only wthout editing , the application for a limited time only and is unable to guarantee continuity - and should not be shared or reviewed on any platform without owner permission . The application has been built using open source software and libraries. This licence shall become valid at the time you install the application on your device and you have accepted these terms and conditions. The use of the services shall come to an end when users uninstall the application. V-SAT may at any time suspend all or part of the services provided without the need to notify users. In such an event, users shall not be entitled to claim for compensation.
By using our services, you may access contents that do not belong to V-SAT. Any such content is the exclusive responsibility of the party that makes it available to users. V-SAT may therefore not guarantee that such content is not in breach of third party rights. As a consequence, V-SAT may not be held responsible for the content or the potential breach of third party rights. The use of our services does not grant any rights of ownership over their intellectual property or that of the content accessed. These terms and conditions do not grant the right to use trademarks or logos that appear on our service, whether held by V-SAT or third parties. Should the holder of a copyright consider that her/his right have been breached, she/he must address the source to request its withdrawal..
SAT reserves the right to unilaterally modify its service and these terms and conditions without the need to notify the users of such.
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Device ID , IP . The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

V-SAT is unable to guarantee that the services are up to date, free of defects, errors, bugs, or that such defects shall be fixed. V-SAT is unable to guarantee the continued, uninterrupted access to content or the availability of its services. V-SAT is unable to guarantee that third party content is accurate, complete or that it does not breach the rights of third parties. It likewise assumes no liability whatsoever for any product, application or service advertised or offered by third parties.
